Diesel skid mount jetters are extremely versatile high pressure water jetting units. At Flowplant we manufacture a range of standard and bespoke machines with flows up to 400 l/min and pressures up to 3,000 bar. The 1400 bar diesel engine driven jetter can be used for numerous industrial cleaning applications including: • Surface preparation • Heat exchanger cleaning • Tank cleaning • Pipe cleaning • Hydro demolition • Cable duct desilting Working with an operating pressure up to 1400 bar, this jetter uses a triplex plunger pump that can be fitted with different plungers to achieve flow rates from 30 – 100 litres/min. The pumps are supplied as standard with hard wearing tungsten carbide plungers. The crankcase has forced lubrication and oil cooling, and an integral speed reduction gearbox that allows direct drive from the engine. We also have the option to mount the pump in a Horizontal or Vertical arrangement, which can help with the overall unit dimensions. Diesel engine driven jetters are designed in accordance with all internationally recognised standards. This includes DNV 2.7-1, and BS EN 1829 when appropriate. We can match engines to the geographical region and zone use. Emission compliance can be at Stage 3, 4 or 5.
